Our Derby based client are looking for an experienced and dedicated New Business Sales Executive to join their ever-growing team on a permanent basis. This person should possess outstanding sales experience, honed customer service skills and the willingness to contribute to the team and the business growth. We value individuals who are passionate and dedicated to proactively pursuing new accounts and identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business. The ideal candidate will be innovative enough to suggest a tailored solution to common objections.


Benefits or the role:

•     £25,000 - £28,000 basic salary dependent on experience

•     £1,000 monthly commission OTE

•     Monday – Friday - 9am – 5pm

•     Cold calling in high volume zones, generating new leads and prospecting accounts.

•     Expected monthly target after training 15 signed deals per month (OTE £1000 per month)

•     Closing customer contracts and generating new sales.

•     Educating customers about our business solutions.

•     Identifying the right brands for each account you acquire from data analysis provided to you.

•     Using CRM automation tools to track progress and report goals.

•     Using activity management tools to understand how to develop your performance.

•     Analysing consumer needs and developing innovative solutions.

•     Managing communication with the onboarding team and facilitating collaboration in the workplace.


Skills Required:

•      Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve.

•      Must understand the importance of fast paced decision making.

•      Demonstrated ability of hitting targets and overachieving in current or previous roles

•      Knowledge of current marketing and advertising trends and best practices.

•      Strong oral and written communication skills.

•      Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel.

•      Strong leadership teamwork and decision-making skills.

•      Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes.


Rates of Pay:

•     £25,000 - £28,000 basic salary dependent on experience

•     £1,000 monthly commission OTE


Hours of work:

Monday to Friday – full time hours – 9am -5pm
